Filming Opportunity
Students from the third year Film Production course at the Arts University College at Bournemouth will be shooting a 30 second commercial for the Kodak Commercial Awards competition. It is a competition for film schools all across the UK to produce a commercial for real industry briefs which will then go on to be judged for various awards (best in brief, best production etc.)
The commercial is for Saga Holidays and they are currently casting for various roles. The advert spans 5 decades from the 1950′s to present day, and in one of the scenes set in the 1960′s, we see three naughty schoolboys in a sweet shop. (They are building a set for the sweet shop in our studio at the Arts University).
The three schoolboys would need to be aged around 10-12 years old. We have a costume designer who will be supplying the 1960′s school uniforms.
If any boys in the school would like to take part, do let me know and ill pass on the contact details for the production team.

It’s Show Time!
Today’s the “BIG” day!!!! – All the weeks of Practice, Scripts away, Harmonies Learnt and Dance steps remembered. It all comes down to tonight. (no pressure…lol)
(it’s me you should worry about… if i press the wrong button… i could delete the entire show…. oops!)

With the show still to do, Xmas around the corner – Can I really be thinking ahead to 2012 !!

Studio Recording Session
STUDIO RECORDING SESSION
“Sunday 6th November”
There will be a recording session at “Knighton Heath Recording Studios” to put “backing vocals on all the songs for the Xmas show at the pavilion –Every student is invited – but if you can’t attend, don’t worry.
- The juniors recording time is 10.45am till 12pm
- The middle group’s time is 11.45am till 1.30pm
- The senior group’s time is 12.45pm till 2pm
